Start with the reports agencies ask for
Every workspace opens with a library of standard reports across revenue and finance, delivery, pipeline and vacancies, team performance, compliance and clients, and portal usage. They are built from the records your team already keeps, so there is no spreadsheet to rebuild at the end of the month.
- Placements & gross profit
- Aged debt and overdue invoices
- Timesheet hours & approvals
- Contractors ending & headcount
- Pipeline conversion and time to fill
- Consultant leaderboard and activity
- Compliance expiries and throughput
- Client and candidate portal usage
Shape the view around the question
Open any report as a dashboard or as a document, change the period and compare it with the one before. When a standard report is close but not quite right, open it in the builder: choose a source, group by consultant, team, office, client or sector, add filters and calculated fields, and show the result as a chart, a pivot table or a list of the records behind it. Saving a standard report creates your own copy, so the original is always there to return to.
- Dashboard and document layouts
- KPIs against the previous period
- Bars, lines, funnels and donuts
- Pivot tables and record lists
- Calculated fields from your measures
- Custom reports alongside the standard set
Figures you can trace back to the work
Every field a report offers is backed by something the platform records: placements and the consultant who made them, client and self-billing invoices, timesheet decisions, pipeline moves, logged calls, emails and meetings, and portal activity. Gross profit comes from the invoices raised for each placement, or a permanent placement’s agreed fee until it is invoiced. Set a monthly gross profit target for each consultant, and group results by the teams and offices your agency defines.
Share it on a schedule, with the right limits
Send a report by email every weekday, on chosen days each week or at the start of each month, or export it to PDF, Excel or CSV. A report’s roles decide who can open it, and its row scope can limit each reader to their own or their team’s work. People outside the agency receive the attachment only, never figures in the email or a link into Rekro, and pay rates and margin can be hidden from them. Reports about people are never sent outside the company.
- Daily, weekly and monthly email schedules
- PDF, Excel and CSV export
- Role lists and own- or team-only rows
- Attachments only for outside recipients
Ask Scout for the numbers
Scout can find, run and build reports for you, within the permissions you already hold. Ask for last quarter’s placements by consultant, or a new report on the sectors your desk covers. Changing a saved report, scheduling one or sending it is confirmed with you first.
